Had the displeasure of working with Tom.  He repeatedly complained about my communication while failing to explain basic things himself, including stocking of railings between 6-foot and 8-foot panels. He also frequently had to ask other employees to answer decking questions.

He told me there would be no restocking fee for items they kept in stock, then later tried charging me 25% to return a few small items on their delivery truck something he never explained beforehand.

Best part of it all when I called him out for being rude to his customers, he called me “pathetic.” Completely unprofessional. I would absolutely recommend asking to work with someone else or staying away from the store completely.

My Entire Experience with the team at the store was wonderful from start to finish. No matter when I walked in there was always someone eager to assist from design to procurement. I had a small job, but the team at Supreme treated me like I was a major contractor.  My contact person, Nick, was extremely knowledgeable and able to tell me what I needed to replace a stairway by looking at a photo.  They were very easy to work with and handled exchanges expeditiously. When one of the large building product companies basically said they didn’t have time for me, Supreme made the choosing, ordering, and delivery very smooth.
